It would be really cool if textastic doubled as an interactive python interpreter with a command line function and everything. Since python doesnt need compilation i believe it is possible. Thanks!

Can you add Dvorak keyboard layout?

iPad widescreen mode, with file list hidden, needs to use the entire screen. There is a huge amount of wasted space on the left and right sides. This space should be used to allow longer lines of text (ie, code).

I consider this a bug, as there is no reason for the huge amount of wasted screen space. Please fix.

Whilst saving every few secs is nice in theory, when dealing with slow links what it does is a wait for save check cycle that can last 10 minutes, it makes the application almost unusable for my purpose of supporting clients. Of course if I have missed the feature somewhere I humbly appologise however this is just plain excruciating.

Is it possible to work with linked CSS files? I bought this app to learn CSS, and I'm unable to get it to display correctly. I'm too much of a beginner to give educated feedback (which could explain why I'm having this problem), but I really like the app so far.

I opened a new text file in Textastic and it is reporting the incorrect line number and column. I have a couple screenshots I will upload or email. Not a high priority bug.

Include CSS so we can style our websites a bit a create style sheets etc

TextExpander recently (Dec. 5, 2013) updated to a new version with a new and improved implementation of snippet sharing. The TextExpander SDK for iOS has been updated for this new version. Obviously its recent (four days) but it would be useful. 

Categorized as a bug, because the feature that is now semi-broken. 

Not sure if this idea board is being used still, last post is 9mo ago, but the app seems to still be in development, given (relatively) recent updates.
