Fixed background-image, scrolling content css, not working in preview?

Snes0 7 years ago in General updated by Alexander Blach (Developer) 7 years ago 1

Hello! So I'm looking for some assistance on a minor issue. First off, here is my css (located under <style> block in my html document) code:

body {background-image: url(../../images1/image13.jpg); background-size: cover; background-attachment: fixed; background-position: center;}

I am trying to get a fixed, centered background with scrolling content. I have the same exact code using Atom Editor and there is no issue, however when trying to preview this in textastic, there is no scrolling effect for my content. Can anyone help? I can provide more info if needed! Thanks so much in advance!

Memory issues in IOS 11

Ted Bahas 7 years ago in iPad updated by Anthony Taylor 7 years ago 21

I am using  CSV and .DB files in this version and it is getting stuck on basic copy and paste functions. If I select all it took more than 30 sec to make the selection. During this time the program was unresponsive. This is stuff that worked very quickly in earlier versions. I am using this with latest iPad 10.5 and running OSX 11

Textastic ‘looses’ repositories from Working Copy

thomas vogelpohl 7 years ago updated by Anders Borum 7 years ago 4

Hi, I am using an iPad Air 1 with iOS 11. I can drag and drop a repo from Working Copy to Textastic and work with the code. Then after a while, I get a ‘Spinning disk’ and suddenly the file I am working on is gone and Textastic can not open any Repo any more. In the file chooser on the left side is not written Working Copy any more but something like ‘External storage provider’ or something like that.

I have no idea if this is caused by WC or Textastic.

I have seen this happening in one of the iOs Beta versions ... but it was fixed by a newer Beta.

Thanks,

Thomas

Unable to open Working Copy folders in Textastic

Ara Adkins 7 years ago in iPhone updated by EFlynn 6 years ago 16

The combination of the latest Textastic version (6.4, iOS) and the latest update to Working Copy (3.1.0) it is now impossible to pick folders for inclusion at the top level on iPhone. While it is possible to drag and drop on the iPad, there is no equivalent solution for iPhone.

It's a big workflow damper for making broader changes across repos as the picker in Files can be quite slow in larger repositories (not that this is your issue).

I want to use this app, badly, but without sass it isn't going to happen. I doubt I'm alone on this.

iOS: Dropbox not shown under OPEN...

Chris Laarman 7 years ago in General updated 7 years ago 2

Hello all. My first post. The matter seems new here.

Dropbox is among the clouds that I have successfully linked Textastic for iOS to. Yet it doesn't show under the Open... command, nor under the subsequent More.. command to Manage Locations.

Tested on up-to-date iPad Air 2 and iPhone 7 Plus, and on iPad Pro 10.5" on latest beta iOS 11.
