I was searching how to add JSHint support to Textastic, and wondered if those TextMate bundles are/may/will be supported in Textastic:(from http://www.jshint.com/install/):

This idea isn’t originally mine but it’s proved to be very useful; I am borrowing (and adjusting) it from another app called Tex Touch which I’m using for compiling LaTeX codes:

- one-finger swipe to the right: moves the cursor one character to the right;
- two-finger swipe to the right: moves the cursor to the beginning of next word;
- three-finger swipe to the right: moves the cursor to the end of next word;

* plus a similar behavior for left swipes correspoding to one character to the left, to the beginning of previous word and to the end of previous word, respectively.

It saves a lot of hassle using the magnifier, I think (in the other app I mentioned, I rarely find myself in need of using the magnifier).

I use Dropbox and copy pictures from my iPad to my FTP-Server with FTPonTheGo. I love Textastic, but I can't see the picture in my Dropbox, only the name from the picture. IHave a lot of pictures on my Dropbox and I must see the picture to identify it. Can I do this with Textastic too? Then I can delete FTPonTheGo. :-) thanks

Since multiple types of line endings are supported depending on the initial file's extension, it is critical to be able to change them later if you either rename a file or change its syntax definition dynamically. For example any CR terminated file won't render as Markdown, even if you rename it. I also recommend an option a file creation time to set the line endings as well, but it's not as important as being able to change them.

Hi guys, I have a page hosted working fine, but when I try to edit with textastic fail the local preview, but when I switch to remote show the page without problems, I think that is related with something with bootstrap, any clue on this?

Since we can't use this excellent editor on our Macs, what do you recommend? 

The C and assembly Languages work great, but it would be nice to have support for libraries from Microcontrollers. I've never seen that in the AppStore so you'll be the first one to have this feature.

So I can read tiny fonts on my new iPad.
