I can't connect to AmazonEC2 with privatekey in SFTP and error message "No remote file found

iOS Texstastic can't connect AmazonEC2 site with private key by SFTP and showed error message "No remote file found". While no problem with iPad in same setting. What's wrong?wrong?

I just filled bug that drives me nuts but Bugs are part of developer life.


That being said I cant imagine my html5 development on ios without it

Could you please add ExpressionEngine syntax. There is a tm bundle at https://bitbucket.org/jeremybise/expressionengine-2-bundle/downloads 
I attempted to use your instructions for adding it myself as a custom syntax, but am baffled by the step where you copy in the folder with the definitions. Copy it from where?

could you add vrml97 syntax highlighting?  i found a vrml97 syntax file for vim, if that would help:

Hardware keyboard consistently crashes Textastic on iOS7

Since iOS7 the app will crash if I attempt to show the soft keyboard when a hardware keyboard is attached. I need to show the soft keyboard and "split" it before hiding it again to show the additional rows of keys.

This is happening 100% of the time on a Logitech BT keyboard.

Yes, this is a bug that is caused by a change in how iOS 7 handles external keyboards. It will be fixed in the next update.

I've sold my iPad2 6 months ago, and now I've got a 3rd gen iPad. It was amazing to see the improvements in Textastic when I'm installed, and tried it since I last used it.

Connecting to MAMP?

 Loving Textastic – absolutely brilliant. I've coded a small website on a local MAMP server on my Mac tower (10.7). I would now like to edit these files using   Textastic on my iPad. Is this possible? I can't seem to get a server connection to the MAMP, but then I don't have a lot of experience with MAMP. I am able to preview the site on the iPad browser though so I know MAMP is working fine.

App tries to go online without permission from user

Textastic tries to establish a connection with the Internet each time I first launch it, even though I don't have any servers set up in the app and have given it no instruction to go online.

Is the app dialing back to home, so to speak, to report data about my usage or device specs to you? Or is this a quirk/bug? If I put the iPad in airplane mode or at least disable Wi-Fi, the app stops trying to go online.

  Hi have my RSA Key in Drop Box and also in texastic. What path do I use? The manual has not been updated yet

Thanks for adding SFTP. textastic is now 1000% more useful for me.
