Flag if uploaded file would overwrite a newer file

As soon as I start editing a local copy of a file in TT, it should notify if a newer version exists on the server so I don't create changes on an out of sync copy.

Geany on Linux is an example of an editor that does this

I see this is fixed now, thanks much!! Thanks also for the new option to disable indent-wrap. Sometimes it's nice to have, but good to be able to turn it off!
