Add semi-colon to symbol bar - used a lot!

Hello, you can scroll the row of additional rows horizontally to get to more keys like the semicolon.

Cool, but since the semi colon is used as a line terminator in most code, I think it should be on the main bar all the time.

I plan to make the bar configurable in an update.
