Provide text formatting options

I'd like to see more of the standard text formatting functions, such as transformations (upshift, downshift, etc) and substitutions (smart quotes, etc). Maybe when you touch and hold, an added option on the Cut/Copy/Select popup.

Convert a selection into bold, italic or other tags (html).

For html another simple but great idea would be: to paste a formatted text (with bold, italic, paragraph, break and so on...), then transform in a simple html formatted text with tags; as a base to work better with Textastic and complete the page...
