Fix highlighting for t-sql CREATE PROCEDURE/CREATE PROC syntax

Highlighting for T-SQL "CREATE TYPE" works fine, but for "CREATE PROC" or "CREATE PROCEDURE" does not.

Please try to use the T-SQL TextMate bundle from https://github.com/adamv/tsql.tmbundle
