Support for external CSS

Jorge Che 1 month ago in General updated 1 month ago 2

Support for external CSS is a must!! I woudn’t mind if available on a paid app (I’m an iPad user). Koder is actually capable of this, but Textastic is just much better otherwise.

Another, minor issue, is that I save my work on iCloud, Documents folder. I can edit files by tapping on them in the Files app. It would be nice to navigate throu other iCloud folders natively on Textastic

Regarding the iCloud Documents folder: you can use the "Add External Folder" command to add the iCloud documents folder to Textastic. See https://www.textasticapp.com/v10/manual/integration_other_apps/external_files_folders.html

Alexander,

Oh man, I didn’t realize the ‘External files and folders’ was related to iCloud! Thought of it as a way to connect to other servers. Anyway, once I added a link to my project folder, the external css files started to work just fine. And didn’t know about the double-tap feature either: I’m patient but that is such a relief!

What a beautiful app you have created. And I certainly haven’t used even the half of its features. Congratulations to you and your team.

Jorge
