Support for R markdown files (.Rmd)
Just bought Textastic and it’s looking like it will be quite useful for allowing me to edit code/text files on the go. I just noticed that it does not recognize R markdown files (.Rmd) but it seems to handle these files fine if I change the suffix to .mdown in Dropbox. It’s great that I can edit the files on my iPad but annoying that I have to change the file suffix to do so.
(Also might be nice to have support for bibliography files like .bib)

Hello, you can change the syntax definition in the File Properties popover without changing the file extension. The chosen syntax definition will from then on be used for all files with the same file extension.
