Symlink support

Sonarpulse 13 years ago updated by Alexander Blach (Developer) 13 years ago 3
I created a symlink to a folder in Texastic's Documents folder, but the folder didn't show up in the application. I can't see why it should treat symlinks any differently from real folders. This would make sharing files with other applications much easier. Thanks

How did you create the symlink? Do you have a jailbroken device?
Yes I do. I doubt I could make one any other way either. However, I think this could be one way to "tacitly" support the Jailbreak community without violating Apple's developer rules. Thanks for your interest, responding to this and other questions, even when they don't get many up-votes.
Textastic 4.0 now does support symbolic links.
