This update would turn an already good app into a great one! This is a really good start, but having to track which of many files I have changed, and then manually re-navigate to each them on both the client and server side in order to manually re-upload each of them is simply too tedious to be feasible, at least for my workflow.
So to be clear, I'd love to see an indicator when a file has changed as the first comment suggests, but also the ability to have a list of changed files within which I can easily select a file and sync it to it's corresponding file on the server. I wouldn't want to have to go searching back through all my directories for the files that have been marked as changed.
