windows are still there, at their positions within the stage. Files are closed, they are seen in the « recent files » but no longer opened

thanks that’s amazing news, I wasn’t able to reproduce it reliably. Hope that Apple will fix the select/cursor bug now ;)

I’ll try to find a way to reproduce it, it’s happening with the new version, never had this before. I usually heavily use external files, will try with local ones too, haven’t yet. iPad Pro M4 13 too, external magic trackpad and external keyboard, iPad OS 26.0.1 too and latest (liquid glass version) textastic

OK looks like even if I’m not constantly switching between apps the following can happen : if I go back to textastic, scroll to a position in the document and click, sometimes it jumps not to the clicked location but to the top of the document
