Not sure what happened, but it works fine now. I closed the app and then reopened it after a while and it just worked. Could've been a dropbox problem or you just need to restart the app first after adding a dropbox account.
Anyway... I'm all set!

I have this same problem and my internet connection is working just fine as I can connect to my FTP server without any problems.
EDIT:
I'm actually getting a different error: "Transfer Error - The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error - 1001.)"
