file is save on my desktop (/Users/rys/Desktop) with rights 777

The bug #2 is appears in other cases too.

OS X Mavericks.

1) open /private/etc/hosts in Textastic

2) change any text and get message "You don’t own the file “hosts” and don’t have permission to write to it."

3) select "duplicate"

4) now you get 2 tabs: "hosts" and "hosts copy"

5) you can close tab "hosts"

6) but if you close tab "hosts copy" - application crashed

7) after reopen Textastic, it load "hosts copy" and you can't close this tab in any case.

8) you can change permission "sudo chown rys /private/etc" and after this you can open Textastic and you get message "The last time you opened Textastic, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. Do you want to try to reopen its windows again?"

9) you can select "don't reopen"

10) after this action you can back permissions to folder "sudo chown root /private/etc"
