Patrick 12 years ago updated by nohairdave 6 years ago 6

Code folding that allows the user to selectively hide and display sections of a currently-edited file as a part of routine edit operations. This allows the user to manage large amounts of text while viewing only those subsections of the text that are specifically relevant at any given time.

Ability to open a folder - switch between files using a hierarchical file browser

Alexander Blach (Developer) 12 years ago updated 9 years ago 15

Instead of opening files individually, have the user open a base directory. There should then be a file browser that allows the user to quickly switch between files in the selected folder and its subfolders.

Answer

This feature will be available in the next update which I submitted to Apple.

regex find and replace

David Loeffler 12 years ago updated by rlsx 4 years ago 4

I just got Textastic from the Mac App Store.  Good first start.  I am working on a very long Multimarkdown file and I like the navigation.  What I would like to see is regular expressions for both find and find & replace.

It seems like there is no print support in the Mac version. Is this correct?

I think a paid editor should be able to print.

I can't live without terminal integration of some sort. What about a way to invoke Textastic from the command line?
